This allows digital services to be offered and simplifies the processes in the rings:
- Tickets for accompanying persons and dogs can be ordered in the registration portal.
- The catalog is made available online.
- Judges' reports and results are recorded via tablets provided and sent to exhibitors by e-mail.
- The results will be published online.
Payment methods Online Dog Shows:

Animal Protection Dog Ordinance
The Animal Welfare Dog Ordinance provides for a ban on the exhibition of dogs that exhibit so-called torture breeding characteristics. The necessary veterinary certificates had to be submitted by July 1. There will be no entry checks. The veterinary office will carry out random checks at the exhibition.
If, nevertheless, a dog with visible agony traits appears in the ring, it must be sent out of the ring "without evaluation". No other conformation score may be awarded. Exclusion will be made for the following characteristics, among others:
- Breathing problems/breathing sounds (BOAS)
- Eye disorders (e.g. pronounced drooping eyelid)
- Inflamed skin folds
- Absence of vibrissae
- Tail length: The rolled out tail must be able to cover the anus.
- Tooth defects: In addition to the P1, a maximum of 2 other teeth may be missing.
- Open fontanel
Common areas for exhibitors
The spacious terrain offers sufficient recreation areas as well as exercise areas for the dogs. You may set up tents or similar (maximum size 3 x 3 m) as weather protection at the rings in the marked areas (three ring sides) or in the other terrain around the judging rings. These should be able to be dismantled quickly after the evaluation of your dog, if the ring is still used for other breeds. Please make sure that they are well fastened or take down the tent in case of strong wind.
For the protection of the greyhound racing track, entering, driving on and any other use of the closed areas is strictly prohibited. The sand track may not be entered.
Exclusion of exhibitors from Russia and Belarus
By decision of the VDH Board, exhibitors and sportsmen from Russia and Belarus are excluded from VDH shows, tests and sporting events until further notice. No dog belonging to a (co-)owner resident in Russia or Belarus will be admitted to VDH shows, tests and sporting events.
Bring vaccination card
Furthermore, all need the vaccination card with the valid rabies vaccination. The dogs, which are brought to this event (exhibition), must have been verifiably vaccinated against rabies at least three weeks before the event (bring vaccination card/EU pet passport).
The rabies vaccination is valid for 12 months from the day of vaccination. If a longer validity is to be claimed, this must be proven by entering the validity in the vaccination certificate or in the EU pet passport in the field "Valid until". If a dog vaccinated against rabies is revaccinated against rabies before the end of the validity of the existing vaccination, the so-called 3-week period does not apply. In case of a first vaccination, the dog must have been at least 3 months old at the time of the vaccination and the vaccination must have taken place at least 21 days ago at the time of the event.
